She’s cute, she rocks and she’s Japanese!! We have the same birthday!!! ooooh I’m gonna cosplay her one time!

ORESKABAND (オレスカバンド, Oresukabando^?) is an all-female ska band from Sakai, Japan. The band name, “ore ska band,” literally translates as “we’re (a) ska band”. While “ore” is normally an extremely masculine and casual way to say “I” in Japanese and the suffix “-tachi” is added to personal nouns when emphasizing that they are plural, it’s clear in this context that “ore” means something more along the lines of “we fellows”. The choice of “ore” is also one of gender play, as the band usually appear wearing boys’ school uniform in their videos and concerts.

Tracy Dizon’s Dream Clients: Shonen Knife, an all-girl J-Punk Band from Osaka, Japan. They are most famous for their punk cover of “Top of the World” by The Carpenters and my favorite song, “Bananachips”. Well, of course I dream of dressing them up! They’re SUPER KAWAII! They Japanese! Plus I am a real big fan.

I am looking forward to Friday, I hope I get to meet them…and may be I can design something for them… may be my Tiara for their Manila Show (I wish!!!!) ?
